The younger sister, Tosca Musk, of tech mogul Elon Musk, revealed that she is immensely proud of her elder brother, media sources suggest.
Tosca Musk is the CEO and creator of Passionflix, which is a premium streaming service centred on romance. It focuses on bringing romantic stories to life on the screen.
In an interview with The Sunday Times, Tosca was quoted as saying that she is very proud of her elder brother and that his ambitions to serve mankind are beyond anything that anybody could ever fathom. Teslarati reported on this statement.
She also added that she does not enjoy it when her children hear unpleasant jokes on YouTube about her brother. In addition to this, they are unable to fathom the motivations of anybody who would speak ill about their uncle.
“My elder brother is someone of whom I am extremely proud. He is a remarkable occurrence. He is remarkable in a great many ways, and the things he wants to do to assist mankind are beyond anything that any person could ever comprehend. So there is no taint at all,” she was reported as adding.
During this time, Elon Musk has suddenly backed out of his agreement to purchase Twitter for $44 billion, and the microblogging service is making preparations to sue him. Because of his concerns over the real amount of spam accounts, phoney accounts, and bots that are present on the network, he halted the transaction in order to get a response from Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal.
Twitter Chairman Bret Taylor recently stated in a tweet that the “board is committed to closing the transaction on the price and terms agreed upon with Musk and plans to pursue legal action to enforce the merger agreement.” Taylor made these statements in response to a question about whether or not the board is planning to close the deal.
He went on to say that they were positive about their chances of success at the Delaware Court of Chancery.
In response, Musk made light of the microblogging site by joking about it.
