The halftime show artists for Super Bowl LVI have been announced

The names of the artists for the Super Bowl LVI halftime show have been announced.

Taking the stage at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California for the Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show in 2022, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar will be performing for the first time as a collective for the first time in their careers.

The group of artists has won a total of 43 Grammy Awards.

As Pepsi VP of Marketing Todd Kaplan said in a statement, “being able to bring artists like Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg back to Los Angeles where it all began, together with Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar, will prove to be a huge, unforgettable celebration of the impact hip hop has today.”

‘The Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show has evolved into a landmark cultural moment, ushering in some of the most iconic performances over the years, from JLo, to Shakira, to Lady Gaga, to The Weeknd – and we are thrilled to bring together such an incredible array of talented, record-breaking musicians to put on an unforgettable performance,’ a spokesperson for the Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show says.
